I Think I Have...
Mono.
And if you've ever had it, you know the feeling: I think I'll die of exhaustion. It's the worst tiredness I've ever felt, like you're a brick that CANNOT move. And the worst part of it all is, you sleep, and sleep, and sleep, and SLEEP and you are just as tired as when you went to sleep back at the beginning!!!!
This is terrible. Today was Day #10 in bed. Now do you see why I feel like dying? And there is no one here, like at home, to make you soup, or dinner, or anything. So, I have to pull my poor body out of bed at least 3 times a day (now that I'm eating again) to make some food.
And get this: WebMD.com has these encouraging thoughts for me. "The virus may still be found in your saliva up to 18 months after you have recovered from your symptoms" and "You should be able to return to your normal activities within about a month". Are you kidding me? MONTHS? This cannot be. I cannot take this anymooooooooooooore!
